NICK PARKS ART WORK - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ne4K-2aflhA
Nick Park is a stop motion animations person. One of hes projects he used clay to make his art. That means he had to make all the of the animals out of clay, then keep refixing them. His art is cool to watch. Because he used clay witch means that he has to take a picture then remake the animal or whatever it was and take another picture. His projects must take him a long time
More recently Aardman used this technique on a series of short films for BBC Three entitled angry kid, which starred a live actor wearing a mask. The actor's pose and the mask's expression had to be altered slightly for each exposure. Aardman has also created many films, of which some have become household names. Ardman is his stop motion team. They help him with his art work and clay characters.
Stop Motion is an animation technique to make a physically manipulated object or persona appear to move on its own. The object is moved in small increments between individually photographed frames, creating the illusion of movement when the series of frames is played as a continuous sequence. Dolls with movable joints or clay figures are often used in stop motion for their ease of repositioning. Stop motion animation using plasticine is called clay animation or "claymation". Not all stop motion requires figures or models; many stop motion films can involve using humans, household appliances and other things for comedic effect.
Stop motion can take a long time to do or just a few hours to minutes. In stop motion you have to take a picture of everything one at a time. If you choose to do a snake moving around a school, you will have to take a picture of each move. If you decide to make a clay stop motions then you will have to redo every clay thing you have to change on the person to make it ready for the next picture. When use clay it will take a long time to get everything together.
I picked the artists because I have seen his work on TV before. Looking at the video at the top of this blog will amazed me. I can't think of how someone can sit there for that long time to make a project like that. I am to lazy to even make one clay thing. Even with a team I would still be lazy, I would rather play video games. I still liked his art though. He has a lot of skill most peeps don't have.
